"Hello! Can you hear me? I'd like to tell you about a performance that no one has ever actually seen. Because this performance exists only in my head. And it may not even be a performance. Maybe it's a birthday party. Or a joke. Or a rock. We'll find out. Are you ready? On three. One... Two... Three!"
A story about a turtle who has an intuition about a plant who wants to run, a deer who doesn't want to be in the story, a birthday we don't know who it belongs to... And about the small and big, but definitely important things in life.
Our offer
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
