Karcsi sok hibát követett el életében, de most mindent jóvátehet: szeretné kifaragni a legkedvesebb, legjobb kis fabábot, hogy tanítsa, jó embert neveljen belőle. Ám Pinokkió saját tapasztalatokra vágyik, és az első adandó alkalommal önállósítja magát. A kíváncsi és meggondolatlan fabáb bajba kerül, amikor megsérti a nagyhatalmú Hataraszi Barabás érdekeit, ráadásul más kétes ismerősei is hasznot akarnak belőle húzni, ezért menekülnie kell. M
