Schiller alig 23 éves, amikor óriási sikerrel bemutatják a Haramiákat: a közönség tombol, az előadást majdnem le kell állítani. A siker gyorsan hírnevet hozott szerzőjének, és első kritikusa máris a „német Shakespeare”-t látta benne. A két test-vér örökségért és szerelemért folytatott versengésének története főként a fiatalabb generáció körében akadt rajongókra, de a mai napig mindenkit lenyűgöz az izgalmas cselekmény, amely a gonosz Ferenc és a szárnyaló lelkű Károly ellentétéből robban ki. A darab szenvedélyesen lázadó szelleme és viharzó áradása egy fiatal-ember gondolkodásmódjának hű lenyomata, és a Pesti Színházban ugyanezzel a fiatal hittel és lendülettel készül majd a Haramiák új színpadi változata is.

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
While the Fountain of Tears bubbles before him, Giray, khan of the Tatars, is lost in brooding. Just as the flow from the marble fount cannot be exhausted, his own sorrow will never diminish, either. The story of the Fountain of Bakhchisarai is set in motion by a romance recounting the reason for the khan's gloom.
