TRAITOR
The girl is in danger, hiding at the same time from her hotshot mother and a mysterious human rights activist. She feels that she cannot trust anybody and that every step she takes is monitored. She decides to take control using all technical devices possible to watch over her chasers. Her partner in crime is an ordinary pizza delivery guy, who – together with the audience – tries to help her. The odds are high: are we to choose security or freedom, control or a future full of hazards? Shall the girl become a heroine or a traitor?
The so-called “interactive detective game” is a unique enterprise in the Hungarian theatre scene: the spectators themselves shape the storyline with the help of a mobile phone application, influencing the plot by their votes throughout the play.
Based on the original play by Esther Richardson and Cecilie Lundsholt written by Attila Eck and György Vidovszky

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
